I already have a GP, how does this benefit me?

The ‘Ask a GP’ service is not intended to replace your normal GP. The service gives you the option to seek answers to any general health queries you may have. The GP will usually respond in writing within one business day.

How will this affect my insurance cover?

Asteron Life Connected Care is a confidential service provided by Teladoc Health, which means your information and consultation outcomes are released to you only. None of your information will be shared with Asteron Life.

I think I’d rather just get a second opinion in person, how do I know that I’m getting the same quality service?

With the Asteron Life Connected Care ‘Expert Medical Opinion’ service, via Teladoc Health you’ll have access to healthcare specialists from around the world. You have the option of having international medical experts provide a second opinion and review your medical diagnosis and treatment plan.
