If you’re having technical problems with any of our digital tools, such as AsteronConnect, BEN and Document Library, email our distribution team.
For enquiries about existing policy holders, email our team and include the client’s name and policy number.
If your details have changed, email our distribution team and they will let you know what information they need to update your details on our system.
If you have changes you need to make to an application being processed, email our New Business team, including the Client Name and any quote/application reference number.
